Our reproductive technologies can be applied to the
fields of assisted reproductive treatments, let alone experimental
animals and farm animals. It is said that approximately 280 thousands
people are now receiving infertility treatments in Japan. Embryologists
who deal with sperms, eggs, and embryos while supporting physicians
are required to have sophisticated technical skills.
We opened the Training Center based on advices from experts in assisted reproductive
treatments and experimental animals. We will continuously improve the training
contents under the guidance of these experts.
Utilizing the q‡Reproductive Technology Training Centerqˆ, we will contribute to
development of the fields of assisted reproductive treatments, experimental animals
and farm animals, in addition to the field of drug discovery to which we have
been offering our technologies and services through promoting knockout mouse
business.
The effects of opening of the Training Center on our future business
performance are as yet unknown.
