We hereby announce that Trans Genic Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we") began distributing products of ProteinTech Group, Inc. (headquarters: Illinois, U.S.A., Chairman of the Board and CEO: Jianxun Li, hereinafter referred to as "ProteinTech").

On September 8, 2008, we started supply companies and universities with ProteinTech's products including approximately 2,300 kinds of antibody reagents through distributors and "direct delivery services". To prepare for the launch, we have revised and improved our domestic distribution systems since May 26, 2008 when we concluded an exclusive marketing agreement with ProteinTech regarding distribution of their products in Japan.

Utilizing know-how that we have accumulated through developing and distributing research reagents, we intend to disseminate competitiveness of ProteinTech's products across the market and offer technical support to laboratories and research institutions in order to expand sales of their products.
